This bi-directional transient voltage suppressor is rated for 600 W peak pulse power dissipation in an SMB surface-mount package. It provides a 33 V reverse standoff voltage with 36.7 V to 42.2 V breakdown voltage and a 53.3 V maximum clamping voltage at maximum peak pulse current. Maximum reverse leakage current is 5 µA at the rated reverse standoff voltage. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and uses a lead-free, RoHS-compliant finish.
