This device is a surface-mount Schottky barrier single diode in a SOT-23 (TO-236) plastic package. It is rated for 70 V repetitive peak reverse voltage, 200 mA average forward current, 300 mA repetitive peak forward current, and 310 mW power dissipation. The diode supports junction temperatures up to 150°C and storage from -55°C to +150°C. At 25°C it has less than 410 mV forward voltage at 1 mA, less than 1000 mV at 15 mA, less than 100 nA leakage at 50 V, about 2 pF junction capacitance, and reverse recovery time below 5 ns.
