The EPC9154 is a development board primarily intended to drive laser diodes with short, high current pulses. It features the EPC21601 eToF laser driver IC which integrates an ultrafast eGaN gate driver and a 40 V, 10 A eGaN IC in a single tiny BGA package. The board can generate minimum pulse widths of less than 2 ns and peak currents exceeding 10 A at a 30 V bus voltage rating.
