Half-bridge gate driver IC for MOSFET and IGBT power stages with a high-side operating voltage up to 250 V. It uses a bootstrap floating-supply architecture, accepts 3.3 V and 5 V logic inputs, and supports switching frequencies up to 500 kHz. The low-side supply range is 10 V to 20 V with VCC undervoltage protection at 9.4/8.8 V, 250 ns dead time control, and 0.8 A/1.2 A output drive capability. Built-in interlock protection prevents simultaneous high-side and low-side conduction, and the device is offered in an SOP8 package with RoHS-compliant, lead-free, halogen-free construction.
