Rich multimedia and control peripherals include MIPI CSI, MIPI DSI, H.264 encoding, USB 2.0 OTG, Ethernet MAC, SD/MMC, I2S, SPI, I2C, UART, TWAI, touch sensing, and ADC controllers. The QFN104 package operates over a -40 °C to 85 °C ambient temperature range with a 3.0 V to 3.6 V recommended input supply. Security functions include secure boot, eFuse OTP, AES, ECC, HMAC, RSA, SHA, digital signature, ECDSA, external memory encryption, and a true random number generator.
