High-performance 4-bit bus driver, LS series, featuring true output logic. Operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C, with a nominal supply voltage of 5V (4.5V to 5.5V). This MIL-STD-883 Class B screened component offers a propagation delay of 18ns and a maximum output low current of 12mA. Encased in a 20-terminal ceramic DIP package (R-GDIP-T20), it provides two independent 4-bit buffer functions with low-level enable control.
