Maximum forward voltage is 1.1 V at 1.0 A, typical reverse current is 5 µA at rated DC blocking voltage and 25 °C, and non-repetitive peak forward surge current is 30 A. The device operates from -50 °C to 175 °C and is intended for single-phase half-wave rectification and general low-cost power rectifier service.
