Dual-axis micromachined accelerometer measures X and Y acceleration over a ±1.5 g range with ratiometric analog outputs. The device operates from a 2.7 V to 3.6 V supply and has a typical sensitivity of 800 mV/g at 3.3 V. Integrated signal conditioning, a one-pole low-pass filter, temperature compensation, and self-test circuitry are included. The MMA6260Q version provides a 50 Hz bandwidth response and 1.2 mA typical supply current. It is supplied in a 16-lead QFN package measuring 6 mm by 6 mm by 1.98 mm for operation from -20 °C to +85 °C.
