High-conductance axial diode is intended for general-purpose power-supply, clipping, and steering applications. The DO-35 glass package supports operation over a -65 °C to +200 °C junction temperature range and has a 250 mW maximum average power dissipation. Electrical ratings include 175 V minimum peak inverse voltage, 0.2 A maximum average rectified current, and 1.0 V maximum forward drop at 0.1 A. Reverse leakage is rated at 0.025 µA at 25 °C and 5 µA at 150 °C at PIV.
