CW microwave frequency counter measures low-frequency signals from 10 Hz to 125 MHz on channel 1 and microwave signals from 50 MHz to 20 GHz on channel 2. The instrument simultaneously measures frequency and input power through the microwave input with 0.01 dB power resolution. Standard remote interfaces include GPIB and RS-232C with SCPI programming support. The counter operates from AC mains and supports optional battery or external DC operation for portable field use. Its backlit LCD, rugged case, and 213 mm by 88.5 mm by 300 mm chassis support field, bench, and automated test applications.
