The 1ED3010MC12I is a functional and pin-to-pin compatible drop-in replacement for many optocoupler-based gate drivers. It uses Infineon's coreless transformer technology to provide galvanic isolation with high CMTI and low propagation delay. It features a typical peak output current of 6.5 A and includes active shutdown and short-circuit clamping to protect power transistors like IGBTs, Si MOSFETs, and SiC MOSFETs.
