The 1ED3012MC12I is a single-channel isolated gate driver IC with an opto-compatible input in a DSO-6 package. It is designed as a drop-in replacement for opto-isolated gate drivers while offering superior performance using coreless transformer technology. It features up to 6.5 A peak output current, 300 kV/µs CMTI, and 40 ns propagation delay. The IC includes an 12.2 V undervoltage lockout (UVLO) and is suitable for IGBTs, Si, and SiC MOSFETs in high-voltage applications.
