
This single-channel isolated gate driver IC is designed for SiC MOSFETs and provides 5.7 kV isolation with ±12 A typical source and sink peak output current. It integrates DESAT protection, an active Miller clamp driver, and active shutdown to protect the power stage. The device supports 3.0 V to 5.5 V input supply operation, offers high CMTI above 200 kV/µs, and tolerates up to 35 V absolute maximum at the output. It is housed in a small PG-DSO-16 wide-body package with 0.65 mm pitch and creepage distance greater than 8 mm.
