Single-channel low-side gate driver for MOSFET and IGBT switching stages with integrated over-current protection, fault reporting, and enable control. It operates from a 12.7 V to 20 V supply with a 25 V voltage class and provides 0.8 A source and 1.75 A sink peak output current. The device uses a positive-input 500 mV over-current threshold with ±5% tolerance, under-voltage lockout, programmable fault clear time, and CMOS Schmitt-triggered logic inputs compatible with 3.3 V, 5 V, and 15 V control signals. It is qualified for industrial applications, offered in a PG-DSO-8 package, and supplied in 2500-piece tape-and-reel packaging.
