
This single-channel isolated gate-driver IC is designed for high-side switching and comes in a 150 mil DSO-8 package. It provides 3 kVrms galvanic isolation, 300 V/ns common-mode transient immunity, and a 650 V voltage class. The device supports a 3 V to 15 V input VCC range, delivers 5.4 A source and 9.8 A sink output current, and specifies 45 ns turn-on and turn-off propagation delay. It is industrial-qualified and includes UVLO thresholds of 11.5 V off and 12.2 V on for VBS, plus 2.85 V on for VCC.
