
This single-channel high-side gate-driver IC provides 3 kVrms functional galvanic isolation for power switching applications. It supports 650 V systems, accepts a 3 V to 15 V input VCC supply, and delivers 5.4 A source and 9.8 A sink output current. Typical turn-on and turn-off propagation delays are 45 ns, with 300 V/ns common-mode transient immunity and 20 ns typical output clamping speed. The device includes UVLO thresholds of 4.2 V on and 3.9 V off for VBS and 2.85 V on for VCC. It is offered in a PG-DSO-8-51 surface-mount package and is qualified for industrial use.
