
This single-channel isolated gate driver is designed for 600 V, 650 V, and 950 V MOSFET applications and carries a 1200 V voltage class rating with functional galvanic isolation. It delivers 4 A source and 3.5 A sink peak output current, operates with a 3.1 V to 17 V input supply range, and supports unipolar or bipolar supply operation. The device includes a 40 ns input filter, 115 ns turn-on and 120 ns turn-off propagation delay, short-circuit clamping, active shutdown, and CMTI greater than 100 kV/µs. It is qualified for industrial use and housed in a narrow PG-DSO-8 package.
