This device is a 2-channel half-bridge gate driver IC for high-side and low-side MOSFET or IGBT control. It supports a 650 V voltage class, provides typical 2.5 A source and 2.5 A sink output current, and integrates an ultra-fast bootstrap diode. The input supply range is 10 V to 20 V and the device uses functional level-shift SOI technology. It includes independent UVLO protection for both channels, integrated shoot-through protection, and typical 200 ns turn-on and turn-off propagation delay. The part is qualified for industrial applications and is offered in a PG-DSO-14 package.
