This dual-channel isolated gate driver IC provides floating outputs for high-side and low-side half-bridge topologies. It delivers 5 A source current and 9 A sink current, supports a 3 V to 17 V input supply range, and is specified for a 650 V voltage class. The device offers 150 V/ns common-mode transient immunity, up to 3000 Vrms input-to-output isolation, and short propagation delays of 38 ns turn-on and 36 ns turn-off. It includes undervoltage lockout with 8 V turn-on and 7 V turn-off thresholds, optional dead-time control, and fast startup behavior.
