
This device is a dual-channel isolated gate driver IC with floating outputs for high-power switching applications. It provides 5 A source current and 9 A sink current, supports a 3 V to 17 V input supply range, and is specified for a 650 V voltage class. The driver offers basic galvanic isolation up to 8000 V input-to-output, channel-to-channel isolation, greater than 150 V/ns common-mode transient immunity, and 36 ns/38 ns turn-off and turn-on propagation delays.
