
This dual-channel isolated gate driver IC provides floating outputs for half-bridge high-side and low-side configurations up to 650 V. It operates from a 3 V to 17 V input supply and delivers 5 A source and 9 A sink drive current with 150 V/ns common-mode transient immunity and a 38 ns turn-on propagation delay. The device uses galvanic basic isolation with channel-to-channel isolation, includes 8 V and 7 V VBS UVLO thresholds, supports optional dead-time control, and is housed in a PG-DSO-14-72 package. It is qualified for industrial use and is marked RoHS compliant, halogen free, and lead free.
