This device is a non-isolated dual-channel low-side gate driver for MOSFET and wide-bandgap switching devices. It operates from a 4.2 V to 20 V supply range and provides 4 A source current and 4 A sink current per channel. Turn-on and turn-off propagation delays are both specified at 19 ns, and the device includes active output voltage clamping. It is qualified for industrial applications and is supplied in the PG-DSO-8 package.
