This dual-channel non-isolated low-side gate driver is designed for MOSFETs and wide-bandgap switches. It operates from a 4.2 V to 20 V supply and delivers 4 A source and 4 A sink output current. Typical turn-on and turn-off propagation delay is 19 ns, and the device uses UVLO thresholds of 4.2 V on and 3.9 V off. It also provides active output voltage clamping and reverse current robustness for fast-switching industrial designs. The device is qualified for industrial applications and offered in a PG-TSSOP-8 package.
