This industrial, non-isolated low-side gate driver provides two channels with 5 A source and 5 A sink capability from an 8 V to 20 V supply. It is intended for MOSFET and wide-bandgap device driving and specifies 19 ns turn-on and turn-off propagation delay. The device includes undervoltage lockout with 8 V turn-on and 7 V turn-off thresholds, active output voltage clamping, 1.8 µs output start-up time, and 500 ns output shut-down time. This orderable version is supplied in a PG-TSSOP-8 package and is delivered in tape-and-reel packing of 5000 units.
