Dual-channel low-side gate driver IC for MOSFETs and wide-bandgap switches. It operates from an 8 V to 20 V supply and provides 5 A source and 5 A sink output current. The device is non-isolated, has 19 ns turn-on and turn-off propagation delay, and includes active clamping with UVLO thresholds of 8 V on and 7 V off. It is qualified for industrial use and supplied in the PG-DSO-8 package.
