This device is a dual-channel 5 A gate driver for MOSFET and wide-bandgap switching devices. It is a low-side, non-isolated design with an input supply range of 8 V to 20 V and a 20 V voltage class. Turn-on and turn-off propagation delays are both 19 ns, and the device includes active clamping with VBS UVLO thresholds of 8 V on and 7 V off.
