The BCP48 is a single PNP transistor in a surface mount SOT-223 package. It can withstand collector base voltages of up to 80V and has a collector emitter saturation voltage of 1V. The transistor is rated for use in applications with collector emitter voltages of up to 60V. It operates over a temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
