This device is a fully integrated 0-10 V dimming interface IC for LED lighting control. It operates from an 11 V to 25 V supply and converts analog dimmer or potentiometer signals into a current-based PWM output for driving an external opto-coupler. The output current is 5 mA and the PWM output frequency is 2 kHz. It includes dim-to-off operation, uses a 100 µA dimmer or resistor bias current, and is housed in a 6-pin PG-SOT23-6 package. The orderable device is supplied in tape-and-reel packaging and is lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant.
