Mixed-signal PSoC microcontroller family integrates an M8C 8-bit Harvard-architecture CPU running up to 24 MHz with configurable analog and digital blocks. The devices provide 32 KB of flash, 2 KB of SRAM, 16 digital PSoC blocks, and 12 analog PSoC blocks for custom peripherals. They operate from 3.0 V to 5.25 V over the industrial temperature range and support I2C, SPI, UART, timers, counters, PWMs, ADCs, DACs, programmable gain amplifiers, filters, and comparators. Package options include SSOP, SOIC, TQFP, and QFN variants with up to 64 digital I/O pins depending on the orderable device.
