This device is an integrated secondary-side controller for USB-C power adapters that combines USB Power Delivery control with synchronous rectification. It supports USB PD 3.1 with Extended Power Range up to 28 V and also supports PPS, Quick Charge, Samsung AFC, Apple Charging, and BC 1.2 legacy charging protocols. The synchronous-rectifier controller operates with QR, CrCM, DCM, and CCM flyback converters at switching frequencies up to 300 kHz. It integrates a 32-bit Cortex-M0+ MCU with 64 KB flash, 8 KB SRAM, and 64 KB ROM, and provides 10 GPIOs in the 32-pin QFN variant. The device operates from 3.15 V to 30 V, is rated for an extended industrial ambient range of -40 °C to 105 °C, and includes configurable OVP, UVP, OCP, SCP, OTP, ESD, and VBUS short protection features.
