This USB-C power delivery controller is designed for power adapters and USB-C PD chargers. It supports USB-C PD 3.2 SPR with 28 V EPR and also supports QC5.0, Apple 2.4A, AFC, and BC 1.2 charging protocols. The device operates from 5 V to 30 V over an extended industrial temperature range of -40 °C to 150 °C and integrates a 34 V LDO, a low-side current-sense amplifier, an NFET VBUS gate driver, and a VCONN switch. It includes 64 kByte flash, 8 kByte SRAM, and 10 GPIOs. Protection functions include OVP, UVP, OCP, SCP, OTP, ESD protection, and CC-VBUS short protection.
