It operates from 2.7 V to 21.5 V across a -40 °C to 85 °C temperature range and includes OVP, OCP, SCP, and ESD protection features. The device is supplied in a 40-pin QFN Infineon PG-VQFN-40 package with tray packing and is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free.
