This EZ-USB™ FX2G3 variant integrates dual ARM Cortex-M4F and Cortex-M0+ cores, a crypto engine, 512 KB flash, and 1024 KB plus 128 KB SRAM. It supports Quad-SPI, SPI, CAN, I2C, and UART interfaces, includes an integrated USB-C mux, and provides a 16-bit GPIF/FIFO. The device operates from 1.7 V to 3.6 V across a -40 °C to 85 °C industrial temperature range and is offered in an 8 x 8 mm 104-LGA package.
