
This USB 3.2 Gen 1x2 peripheral controller targets high-bandwidth imaging, video, and data-acquisition applications. It integrates dual-core ARM Cortex-M4F/M0+ processing, 256 KB flash, and 512 KB SRAM, and supports either a 16-lane LVDS interface at 1.25 Gbps per lane or a 32-bit LVCMOS interface at 160 MHz DDR. The device operates from 1.7 V to 3.6 V across an industrial -40 °C to 85 °C range and is supplied in a 169-ball FBGA package. It also provides seven serial communication blocks, a USB full-speed device debug port, and two I2S/PDM-PCM interfaces with GPIO support.
