The device operates from 1.7 V to 3.6 V across a -40 °C to 85 °C industrial temperature range and is offered in a 169-ball FBGA package. It is intended for industrial cameras, machine vision, 3D scanners, medical imaging sensors, and other high-bandwidth instruments.
