This bidirectional transient protection diode is designed for ultra-low capacitance ESD protection on a single signal line. It supports a ±5.5 V working voltage, delivers ±25 kV ESD protection, and has typical line capacitance of 0.28 pF for RF and high-speed interfaces. The device provides 20 V typical reverse clamping, 2.5 A peak pulse capability, 50 A EFT capability, and 20 nA maximum reverse leakage. It is supplied in the SG-WLL-2-1 chip-scale package with 0.58 mm by 0.28 mm body dimensions, 0.15 mm thickness, and tape-and-reel packing.
