This bi-directional ESD protection diode protects one line with a maximum working voltage of ±5.5 V. Typical line capacitance is 0.12 pF at 2.5 GHz, enabling protection of high-speed I/O and RF antenna nodes. It withstands IEC 61000-4-2 ESD up to ±14 kV air and ±11 kV contact, IEC 61000-4-4 EFT up to ±1 kV and ±20 A, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge up to ±2 A. The device has a typical 30 V clamping voltage at ITLP 16 A, typical dynamic resistance of 1.29 Ω, typical reverse current below 1 nA, and comes in a low-profile 0201 SG-WLL-2-3 package measuring 0.58 mm × 0.28 mm × 0.15 mm.
