It provides 0.3 pF typical line capacitance with a maximum of 0.5 pF and supports a bidirectional working voltage range from -18 V to 18 V. The device is rated for -15 kV to 15 kV ESD, 40 A EFT, and 2 A peak pulse current, with 0.8 Ω typical dynamic resistance in both reverse and forward operation. It is supplied in the Infineon SG-WLL-2-2 package and offered in 15,000-piece tape-and-reel packaging.
