This bidirectional ESD protection diode protects one signal line in very space-constrained interfaces. It supports a maximum working voltage of 2.1 V, with typical line capacitance of 0.3 pF and 0.35 pF maximum, making it suitable for high-speed USB, HDMI, and DisplayPort lines. The device is rated for 50 A EFT current, 7.5 A peak pulse current, and an ESD range from -28 kV to 28 kV, with typical reverse clamping voltage of 7.7 V at TLP 16 A. It is supplied in the SG-WLL-2-3 0201 package and is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
