This bi-directional TVS diode protects a single line against ESD and other fast transients while presenting only 0.2 pF typical line capacitance at 1 MHz. It supports a working voltage of ±18 V and provides a typical 12.5 V clamping voltage at 16 A TLP with 0.58 Ω dynamic resistance. Protection ratings include IEC 61000-4-2 ESD to ±18 kV air and contact discharge, IEC 61000-4-4 EFT to ±2.5 kV and ±50 A, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge to ±3.5 A. The device is housed in the SG-WLL-2-3 0201 package with a 0.58 × 0.28 × 0.15 mm profile and is RoHS compliant and halogen free.
