This bidirectional ESD protection device is designed for 3.3 V signal lines and has a symmetric I/V characteristic with low clamping behavior. It provides IEC 61000-4-2 protection up to ±12 kV for both contact and air discharge, IEC 61000-4-4 protection up to ±2.5 kV and ±50 A, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge protection up to ±3 A. The device has 0.15 pF line capacitance at 10 GHz, 0.1 nA typical leakage current, and 0.16 Ω dynamic resistance. It is supplied in a very small 0201 WLL-2-3 package with approximate dimensions of 0.58 x 0.28 x 0.15 mm and supports an operating temperature range from -55 °C to 125 °C.
