This bidirectional transient voltage suppressor protects a single line against ESD and surge events at a working voltage up to ±24 V. It has 2.8 pF typical line capacitance, typical reverse clamping voltage of 32.5 V at 16 A TLP and 36.5 V at 30 A TLP, and typical reverse dynamic resistance of 0.3 Ω. The device is housed in the SG-WLL-2-3 0201 package with a 0.58 mm × 0.28 mm × 0.15 mm body and is supplied in tape and reel. It is specified for IEC 61000-4-2 ESD protection to ±15 kV, IEC 61000-4-4 EFT to ±40 A, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge to ±3 A, and it is marked RoHS compliant and halogen free.
