
This bidirectional transient-voltage-suppression diode protects one data or signal line with a working voltage of ±24 V. It has a typical line capacitance of 2.5 pF at 1 MHz, a typical clamping voltage of 33.5 V at 16 A TLP, and a typical dynamic resistance of 0.38 Ω. The device supports IEC 61000-4-2 ESD up to ±15 kV air and ±13 kV contact, IEC 61000-4-4 EFT up to ±2 kV and ±50 A, and IEC 61000-4-5 surge up to ±2 A. It is supplied in the SG-WLL-2-2 01005 package with a 0.43 mm × 0.23 mm × 0.15 mm body and is specified as RoHS compliant, halogen free, and lead-free.
