This bi-directional TVS diode provides transient and electrostatic discharge protection for one signal line with a working voltage range of -16 V to 16 V. It offers 4.2 pF typical line capacitance, 24 V typical reverse clamping voltage at 16 A TLP, and 0.29 Ω typical dynamic resistance. The device is rated for IEC61000-4-2 ESD protection to ±15 kV air and contact discharge, IEC61000-4-4 EFT to ±2.5 kV and ±50 A, and IEC61000-4-5 surge to ±2.5 A. It is supplied in the compact SG-WLL-2-3 0201 surface-mount package with a 0.58 mm by 0.28 mm body and 0.15 mm profile. The package is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen free.
