
This off-line SMPS current-mode controller integrates a 650 V CoolMOS and startup cell in a PG-DIP-7 package. It operates with a fixed 65 kHz switching frequency, supports flyback topology, and is specified for up to 25 W maximum output power. The device supports active burst mode for low standby power, built-in soft start, frequency jitter for reduced EMI, and auto-restart protection for overload, open loop, undervoltage, overtemperature, and overvoltage conditions. It is rated for a controller operating temperature range of -40 °C to 130 °C and is offered as a lead-free, RoHS-compliant green product.
