This digital automotive MEMS microphone provides a PDM output and operates from a 1.62 V to 3.6 V supply over a -40 °C to +105 °C ambient range. In high-performance mode it has a typical sensitivity of -36 dBFS, a 64 dB(A) signal-to-noise ratio, and 30 dB SPL equivalent input noise. The device reaches 124 dB SPL at 1% THD and 130 dB SPL acoustic overload point at 10% THD, with a 7 Hz low-frequency roll-off point for flat low-end response. It supports PDM clock frequencies from 0.45 MHz to 5.2 MHz and is suited to automotive audio, ANC, beamforming, and voice capture systems.
