This is an ultra-low-power digital PDM MEMS microphone for battery-powered audio applications. It delivers 66.5 dB(A) signal-to-noise ratio, a 132 dBSPL acoustic overload point, and a flat frequency response with 20 Hz low-frequency roll-off in normal mode. The device operates from a 1.6 V to 3.465 V supply and typically consumes 580 µA in normal mode or 190 µA in low-power mode. It uses a bottom-port PG-TLGA-5-9 package measuring 3.5 mm × 2.65 mm × 0.98 mm and provides component-level IP57 dust and water resistance with enhanced RF shielding.
