This digital MEMS microphone uses a PDM interface and is intended for battery-powered audio applications. It provides 68 dB(A) signal-to-noise ratio, -26 dBFS sensitivity, a 121 dBSPL acoustic overload point, and 20 Hz low-frequency roll-off. The device operates from 1.6 V to 3.465 V and draws 580 µA in normal mode with a 190 µA low-power mode. It is housed in a 3.50 x 2.65 x 0.98 mm bottom-port PG-TLGA-5-9 package with enhanced RF shielding and component-level IP57 dust and water resistance.
