This device is a high and low side gate driver designed for bootstrap operation of an N-channel high-side switch up to 600 V. It operates from a 10 V to 20 V gate-drive supply and accepts 3.3 V, 5 V, and 15 V logic inputs. The driver includes undervoltage lockout on both channels and is tolerant of negative transient voltage with dV/dt immune operation. At 15 V bias and 25 °C, typical propagation delay is 220 ns turn-on and 200 ns turn-off, with 30 ns maximum high-side to low-side delay matching. The SOIC-8 PbF version is specified for -40 °C to 125 °C ambient operation.
