This device is a 500 V floating high-side gate driver IC for IGBTs and MOSFETs. It provides typical source and sink drive currents of 1.6 A and 3.3 A and operates from a 12 V to 18 V gate-drive supply. Integrated functions include undervoltage lockout, current detection and limiting, fault indication, and shutdown-time programming. The output is in phase with the input, supports 2.5 V, 5 V, and 15 V logic, and is tolerant of negative transients with dV/dt immunity.
